"Gazeta Wyborcza" reached the document, which was sent to regional prosecutors on Wednesday from Jarosław Onyszczuk, manager of the office of the Presidential National Prosecutor's Office.
They were instructed to verify whether their units were investigating the illegal take-over of housing, in peculiar through the usage of elderly, sick and in financial distress.
The prosecutors are to supply information on the indictments, signatures or contents of the charges to the National Prosecutor's Office. According to Adam Bodnar, these questions are to be answered by Friday, May 9.
According to sources of the "GW" from the Poznań prosecutor's office, this decision is linked to Karol Nawrocki's "residential affair". They draw attention to the fast pace of action, to the deadline and to the concern that the case can be utilized in the ongoing electoral campaign.
Karol Nawrocki and his housing scandal
Let us remind that the candidate of the Law and Justice Service previously assured that he had only 1 apartment, like many Poles. But it turned out to be two. There has been quite a few controversy and fresh information in this case.
The single in Gdańsk was to be sold to Nawrocki matrimony for PLN 120 thousand, as confirmed by the notarial act. This was mentioned by Przemysław Czarnek during the press conference of PiS on May 6. However, shortly later, in a live interview given to Bogdan Rymanowski, Nawrocki himself stated that he had transferred money to Mr.Jerzemu for respective years.
– The transfer of the full sum of 120 1000 then to Mr.Jerzemu Z. would then be a threat to his life and health," he said. How'd he get that information? The PiS candidate didn't uncover it.
As Nawrocki stated, he acquired the flat legally, "by handing over to Mr.Jerzem, in accordance with the purchase-sale agreement, circumstantial funds over 14 years." "This is the years 2011-2025," he added.
Additionally, as the Onet portal established, Karol Nawrocki and his wife Marta took over the studio in Gdańsk, making a deal... with themselves. The transaction took place without Mr. George's involvement. On the 1 hand, the Nawrocks performed as attorneys of Jerzy Z. and on the another hand as buyers. Eventually, they reported that they had decided to donate this flat to charity.
