"Gazeta Wyborcza" reached the document, which was sent to regional prosecutors on Wednesday from Jarosław Onyszczuk, manager of the office of the Presidential National Prosecutor's Office.
They were instructed to verify whether their units were investigating the illegal take-over of housing, in peculiar through the usage of elderly, sick and in financial distress.
The prosecutors are to supply information on the indictments, signatures or contents of the charges to the National Prosecutor's Office. According to Adam Bodnar, these questions are to be answered by Friday, May 9.
