NATO is preparing a consequence to Russia's hybrid campaign. But it's split

The deployment of armed drones at the Russian border, the shortening of the firing procedure for fighter pilots or the conduct of military maneuvers – specified actions are considered by NATO allies in consequence to the escalation of the hybrid war led by the Kremlin. Diplomats stress that the aim is to increase the cost of provocative actions for Moscow.
