"Part of Russian aggression is an invisible war in cyberspace," said Jens Stoltenberg in Rome. He pointed out that the Kremlin's deficiency of success in Ukrainian cyberspace was a consequence of, among others, "strong NATO support". Despite this, all allies should be more active in cyber defense.
