NATO countries strengthen maritime protection against Russia

Ten NATO countries want to increase maritime safety in the Arctic Ocean, the Baltic Sea and in the northern Atlantic Ocean. Joint coordinated actions are to act as a deterrent to Russian aggressive action in this area of the world.
