Information about reducing the presence of U.S. soldiers on the Vistula River amazed both the MON and the presidential palace. Worse still, no 1 outside the Atlantic is bothered to tell us what to do next. But the creeping withdrawal of the US from Europe, including Poland, is simply a fact.
