On my blog for 15 years I've been describing things like this, where have you been all this time????
Like me years ago, I was riding on the officials in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Gdynia, no 1 wanted to talk to me, due to the fact that everyone was already after talking to them and did in May.
Now all of a abrupt they're confessing to reality?
As for "our peasants" to me, this word is highly associated with the content I read on the Tri-city forums, e.g. the freeforum of Gdańsk, as well as with rhetoric, o! - specified as here in this photograph from my resources on the blogger, 2011 Post p. Silica
help the lost soldiers
offer a tray to soldiers
Young men grin at this good gesture

It is indeed remarkable. How do you call this image here?

That's what I wrote in 2011.

Just us. Sellin: Fighting in Wehrmacht is not "our boys". PO elites worship the anti-Polish Free City of Gdańsk
Published: Yesterday
The Museum of Gdańsk presented an exhibition entitled “Our Boys. The inhabitants of Gdansk Pomerania in the army of the 3rd Reich", which, as the name implies, tells about the inhabitants of Pomerania fighting in planet War II on the side of the Germans. "The Gdańsk Museum, the subordinate president of the city of Gdańsk, should not provoke. If they wanted to do this wisely, the exhibition would be called ‘Germany from Gdansk Pomerania in the service of the 3rd Reich’, something like this. And if this is called “Our Boys”, who is it addressed to? After all, this is addressed to the inhabitants of Gdańsk, Pomerania, present surviving in Gdańsk and Pomerania. They were not our boys" - said Jarosław Sellin, MP from the Gdansk territory in an interview with the portal inPoliticy.pl.
Our boys fought at Westerplatte, in the Polish Post Office in Gdańsk, in Oksywska Kępa, where my grandpa died in the fight against Germany on 13 September 1939, they besides fought in the "Pomeranian Griff", and we did not identify with the boys who fought in the armed formations of the 3rd Reich. The title of the exhibition is an apparent provocation. If they wanted to do this wisely, someway tell the communicative of the inhabitants of Pomerania, Gdańsk from 1939 to 1945, who were incorporated into the Wehrmacht, they should simply give this exhibition a different title, not “Our Boys”
“ says Jarosław Sellin.
What is the consequence of the fact that the exhibition about Polish citizens fighting on the German side during planet War II was given the title “Our Boys”? Is it just awkward, a simple mistake, or is there something more to look for?
It seems to me that this is besides the glen of the atmosphere which in Gdańsk has developed in the circles of the mainly ruling elites of Gdańsk, and these are the environments alternatively connected with the Civic Platform, in which there has been any unusual sentiment and worship for years, for example the Free City of Gdańsk, which was the biggest mistake of the Treaty of Versailles, due to the fact that in the end it turned out that it was due to this country that even worse planet War II broke out.
“Sellin said.
“This is simply snobbism or sentiment for German heritage in Pomerania”
If Gdańsk were to enter Poland, then after 20 years Poles would be the majority in this city in a natural way, due to the fact that in another cities of the erstwhile German partition it was confirmed that Germans were leaving and Poles were coming. Gdansk would naturally colonize itself. Instead, the creature
The fuselage of the state, which later turned out to be 1 of the most aggressive states towards Poland, favoring Nazi ideology. In the Free City of Gdańsk the Nazis gained power faster than in all Germany. That's why his cult is incomprehensible to me. There is no reason to build sentiment towards this state creation and the atmosphere that prevailed in it, an atmosphere that mostly consisted of Poles having to hide their identity
“ Mr PiS was examining.
Citizens of the Free City of Gdańsk, erstwhile Gdańsk Street was conducted, arrested after the fights of Polish pocztów, beat them in the face, spit on them. It wasn't directed. specified was the anti-Polish atmosphere of the Free City of Gdansk
“remembered.
Nevertheless, any of the contemporary inhabitants of Gdańsk mention with sentiment to the past of the Free City of Gdańsk.
It is simply snobbism or sentiment to the German heritage in Pomerania, Gdańsk and to this creation which is the Free City of Gdańsk. Even among any of the contemporary inhabitants of Gdańsk, there is simply a tendency to say that you are from the Free City of Gdańsk, you put any stickers on the cars, etc. It's not healthy, and the city's authorities either animate it, or tolerate it, or keep that sentiment.
“ He said.

Kosiniak-Kamish critically about "Our Boys" exhibition. Is he gonna take any steps? "A successful intervention, Prime Minister."
Published: Yesterday
Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and Head of the MON, spoke on the exhibition “Our Boys” at the Gdańsk Museum. According to the leader of the populace, the exhibition devoted to the inhabitants of Gdansk Pomerania serving in the German army during planet War II "does not service the Polish policy of remembrance". The comments remind, among others, that Kosiniak-Kamysz, as Vice-President of the Council of Ministers, could do a small more than express outrage on the X. 22 421 04 01 portal. This is simply a telephone call to the secretariat of your friend from the government, Minister of Culture and National Heritage Hanna Wróblewski, who oversees, among others, the Museum of the Second War, which is jointly liable for this scandal" - recalled PiS MP Paweł Szrot.
The exhibition “Our Boys” caused large outrage. president Andrzej Duda, among others, spoke on this issue.
There is no approval to relativize history! I am outraged to hear about the exhibition “Our Boys” at the Museum of Gdańsk. The presentation of soldiers of the 3rd Reich as “our” is not only historical lies, it is moral provocation, even if the photographs of young men in Hitler's army uniforms depict forcedly incorporated into the German army of Poles. Poles, as a nation, were victims of German business and German terror, not its perpetrators or participants. Gdansk – the place where planet War II began – cannot be a scene for narratives that blur the work of perpetrators. specified actions undermine the foundations of our identity and condone respect for the victims. As president of the Republic, I powerfully argue this. Those who relativize crimes, they disarm the conscience of the nation
“ He wrote on the X platform.
Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Deputy Prime Minister and head of the MON, is another crucial Polish politician who critically referred to the exhibition.
The exhibition at the Gdańsk Museum “Our Boys” concerning residents of Gdańsk Pomerania serving in the army of the 3rd Reich does not service Polish memory policy. Our boys, soldiers and civilians, Poles, defended their homeland. before the Nazi Germans to the last drop of blood. They're the heroes, and they're the ones who deserve the show seats.
— assessed Deputy Prime Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Minister of National Defence.
Will the Deputy Prime Minister intervene?
There were besides further comments, aimed, among others, at Kosiniak-Kamysz.
22 421 04 01. This is simply a telephone call to the secretariat of your government colleague, Minister of Culture and National Heritage Hanna Wróblewski, who oversees, among others, the Museum of the Second War, co-responsible for this scandal. Have a good intervention! We will await the results, Prime Minister!
“ Paul Szrot, MP of the Law and Justice, wrote.
The exhibition “Our Boys” is simply a slap aimed at the victims of the German occupation. Talking about Poles in Wehrmacht uniforms as “our” is simply a shameful lie to history! Where is respect for the truth, where is the memory of those who died at the hands of the occupier?!
“Marlena Maląg, the Euro MP of PiS, asks.
The Museum of Gdańsk under Alexander Dulkiewicz unnecessarily provokes. The exhibition should be called “Germany from Gdansk Pomerania in the service of the 3rd Reich”. They were not “our boys”. These fought on Westerplatte, in Polish Post, on the Oksywska Kępa, in the Pomeranian Gryf. I look forward to this exhibition in my hometown
“ Jarosław Sellin, MP, wrote.
After the exhibition “Our Boys (in Wehrmacht), shortly the exhibition “Our Boys (in SS), and then “Our Boys (in UB)” etc.?
According to prof. Zdzisław Krasnodębski.
The creators of the exhibition left the community of Polish destiny and the ellipse of intelligent people.
said Senator Kazimierz Michał Ujazdowski.
What can you “learn” from the exhibition?
The councillor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship, Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska, went to the exhibition.
The very name “Our Boys” has prompted us to go to this controversial exhibition he is talking about today. All of Poland with the most crucial politicians. This exhibition is referred to as something that would relativize Polish-German history. We looked, we saw, we read, we talked to a spokesperson just now. It turns out, unfortunately, that the controversy that arose around this exhibition is absolutely deserved.
— he says during the briefing.
Ladies and gentlemen, let us return to the name "Our boys". Remember, the show was produced by the Germans. “Our Fathers Our Mothers”? It is like specified a mention to this story, which would point to the fact that Poles were besides executioners, that not only Germans murdered, but not only Germans created this war machine, the manufacture of killing people they considered inferior, that Poles besides participated actively in this exhibition, and present we learned this too.
“ He adds.
We enter the exhibition, it turns out that all the time specified information, specified light, very free concerning the participation of Poles in German troops. It is said that they served, that they were simply incarnate. It looks like these people are sitting, waiting to just be taken by the Germans and fight on their side. This is, of course, a lie, this is not true, due to the fact that those who voluntarily joined German troops were truly a tiny percentage. They weren't the advantage. The advantage was that Poles were simply force, terror, incorporated into German troops. If anyone disagreed, he was murdered, his full family. Our boys, our men, our ancestors, they were murdered, they were snitched, they were exported
Not just 1 after another, murdered, thrown to the pits or exported to extermination camps. M
But the only reason the boys were murdered is due to the fact that they were Poles. They were our boys.
“Nitek-Plażyńska concludes.

Bishop Mering on Jasna Góra: The borders of our country are at risk. We are ruled by people who specify themselves as Germans
Published: July 12
The borders of our country are as threatened from the west as from the east - said Bishop Wiesław Mering of Włocławka during Saturday evening Mass for participants of the Radio Maryja household pilgrimage. According to the bishop, we are ruled by people who specify themselves as Germans.
“Our country’s borders are at risk”
In a homily, Bishop Mering spoke, among others, of the importance of the Church as a community in which salvation is carried out, and besides quoted Pope Benedict XVI, that "what the future the Church will have, specified a future will all Europe have."
He stressed that “in the country he directs us and this place and the 1 we call the Queen of Poland”.
This is simply a very essential reflection in the time we live in. The borders of our country are just as threatened from the west as from the east, and 1 politician says, “There is more bad border defence movement than immigrants we know nothing about”
“ The bishop pointed out. He added that in the "his" Kuyavian-Pomeranian war, 2 murders have late been committed: a young female and a man.
We are ruled by people who specify themselves as Germans. In the 18th century, 1 of the Polish poets, Wacław Potocki, said: "How the planet will not be a German brother." past has proved the fact of that message terribly.
— noted, applauded, Bishop Mering.
He besides quoted the 4th verse of the anthem: “German, Moskal will not settle erstwhile she has been struck, the motto of all will be our country.”
We do not sing this verse, and it expresses the sum of our historical experiences. Poland, homeland, culture and tradition must present be defended consciously and very bravely. Unfortunately, it is not done by the school, destroyed by a barbaric eradicating national patriotic content from the textbooks and teaching of our children, accusing the minister of Poles of building a concentration camp in Auschwitz. Patriotic content that inspires pride from the past and size of Poland is removed
said the bishop.
“Polish political gangsters present rule”
He pointed out that erstwhile the love of the homeland was taught by cardinals. Stefan Wyszynski and St. John Paul II. He called for the self-learning of this love and its transmission to young Poles.
Again, as in communist times, erstwhile patriotism, fact and past and traditions taught us in our homes, due to the fact that Polish political gangsters present rule. You may have been amazed by this strong term, but I only quoted Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of the Government, due to the fact that he said so (...) recently
“The bishop reserved it.
“Christians must be in politics”
When he asked whether it was appropriate to talk on Jasna Góra about political issues, he recalled the words of 1 of the Hong Kong hierarchs who was to say that "the bishop's work is to introduce Christ into politics, due to the fact that politics without Christ is the nation's top scourge." He added that St Augustine emphasized that love for the country is besides an expression of love for God.
Faith must decision us to work for justice, peace, good governance. That's what politics should be. Work for Justice, Peace and Good Governance
— stressed Bishop Mering.
Politics goes into all area of life. Science, health, family, work, culture, safety. This is all based on a well understood policy. To disgust us, it is stressed that politics is something that we should stay distant from.
“ He argued.
Or it is said that the organization should be doing this, not just a grey man. This 1 is to keep quiet, work and obey. He's expected to choice asparagus, buy a lot and play. Christians, however, must be in politics to bring conscience, conscience, righteousness, justice, life into it
“ He pointed out the hierarch.
He besides assessed that politics can endanger human life "by abortion, by euthanasia, by the unsecured borders".
And no government, no parliament has the right to introduce the law that leads to death
— warned Bishop Wiesław Mering.
I'm sorry.

The German paper warns Poland of the crisis. "No 1 will save her"
Poland is facing a financial crisis akin to the 1 that shook Greece 15 years ago," writes "Berliner Zeitung". According to the Polish newspaper, no 1 will save due to the fact that he is not in the euro area.
Poland can boast fast economical growth, low unemployment, advanced arms spending and a pro-European image. The dark side is the threat of the financial crisis," says "Berliner Zeitung".
The author of the text, Klaus Bachmann, argues that the main origin of over-indebtedness of the state is social policy initiated by the Law and the flagship program of the Jarosław Kaczyński organization – 500 plus, which later turned into 800 plus, a benefit of PLN 800 per period for each child.
The German paper criticizes the regulation of the Law and Justice. 800 plus "fatal decision"
According to Bachmann, benefits had to be limited to those families who truly needed support.
"From the point of view of the full society, the decision was fatal – alternatively of providing more and better public benefits, which would let to fill the gap between the mediocre and the rich, the state separated the cash," we read.
In the author's opinion, after Donald Tusk came to power, the state's money was empty.
Bachmann argues that while Poland began building the strongest army in Europe and expanding defence spending to 5% of GDP, "something else grew even more quietly – social spending, budget deficit and state debt".
Quoted in an article economist Sławomir Dudek says that in Poland "we have expenses, as if we were Scandinavia, and we have taxes like Ireland".
Poland outside the euro area. "No 1 will save her"
"Berlin Zeitung" notes that Poland does not belong to the euro area, which means that "no 1 will save it"
, as in the case of Greece, due to the fact that another countries "were afraid of the domino effect".
"No 1 will save Poland to prevent domino effect, as Angela Merkel did in the case of Greece. little than 13 percent of Polish debt is in abroad hands, so in the event of a crisis, banks will not be afraid of falling" – we read.

"It needs to be sorted out." Strong commentary on the exhibition in Gdańsk City Hall
This is outrageous, the worst is that it happens in favour of consent and with inspiration from national and local authorities. They are against the interests of Poland. This is simply a simple way to fall the Republic. The crucial thing is that those people who think like that are a minority. Most Poles are people who care about our national identity, who are arrogant of being Poles. This number under Tusk has influences, held state institutions, institutions that are liable for the historical transmission - said, commenting on the exhibition "Our boys", Mariusz Błaszczak, head of the PiS parliamentary club.

The inhabitants of Gdańsk Pomerania in the army of the 3rd Reich”, whose exhibition tells about the destiny of tens of thousands of inhabitants of Pomerania incorporated into the army of the 3rd Reich, took place on Friday at the Palic Gallery of the Main Town Hall in Gdańsk. The subject substance of the exhibition and its title provoked a immense scandal and was included in a number of akin initiatives depreciating Polish past and memory policy.
Today, the exhibition was commented on in Michał Rachonia's tv programme by the Republic of Mariusz Błaszczak, erstwhile head of the MON, presently president of the Law and Justice Club.
- I'm sorry. This is outrageous, the worst is that it happens in favour of consent and with inspiration from national and local authorities. specified a communicative from Gdańsk and Pomerania has been accepted for years, but you rightly stated that this insolence knows no borders. They are against the interests of Poland. This is simply a simple way to fall the Republic. The crucial thing is that those people who think like that are a minority. Most Poles are people who care about our national identity, who are arrogant of being Poles. This number under Tusk has influences, state institutions, institutions that are liable for historical transmission
- indicated Błaszczak.
Responding to the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage's message, the erstwhile head of the MON indicated that "this is no research, this is simply a German historical narrative".
- I'm sorry. It has been for us to effort to force into our heads since the 1990s, the educator of shame, we have been told that we are expected to be liable for German crimes committed in occupied Poland. It is not that we are to apologize for our crimes, it is the Germans who should apologize and make amends for the crimes they committed in the Polish people - he said.
He besides recalled the Pomeranian crime which the Germans committed in Piaśnica and the surrounding area. At the turn of 1939 and 1940, the Germans murdered about 14,000 people there, mostly Poles, including representatives of Polish intelligence.
- I'm sorry. There were murdered people who had lived in Pomerania for generations but were Polish patriots. erstwhile the Germans entered September 1939, they murdered them. due to the fact that these people voted for Poland. They were incorporated into the Wehrmacht by Poles who lived in occupied territories and actually against their own will, but showing these people now erstwhile they grin in German uniforms and saying that they were "our boys" is spitting in their face. It's anti-Polish activity, it's unacceptable, and it needs to be cleaned up. There should be sharpness towards people who take specified things - directors, ministers, councillors - those people who betray Poland

A police car confiscation and a deportation court. Wipler presented plans for the migration crisis
"We have a year to show to the government how much Poles do not want to truly send these most unwanted migrants from Germany, the Netherlands, the Netherlands, France, Italy, due to the fact that no 1 good, calm and polite will send us here" - said Przemysław Wipler in a conversation with Radio ZET. The Confederate politician besides referred to what his group was going to do about it.
Written by Anna Zyzek
On the Polish border with Germany, despite the government's controls, the transfer of illegal migrants is inactive taking place. This procedure takes place with the engagement of the German police, which sends a group of foreigners to Poland. On the border, they are picked up by Border defender officers, and later... located in various places within our country.
There are inactive border defence patrols on site, citizens who are inactive looking at authorities and services.
We all remember at the same time that it is besides dangerous on the Polish border with Belarus, where 1 of Polish soldiers has late suffered.
Wipler: We'll file a bill
The issue of both illegal migration and the inability of the coalition on 13 December in this respect was addressed on Radio ZET Przemysław Wipler, associate of the Confederation. In his opinion, "this is simply a substance of showing Poles and showing the ruling ones besides how strong opposition to the very inept actions of the Polish authorities in terms of the protection of Polish borders" is.
In the coming days, we will submit a bill that aims to guarantee that the car that is utilized to transport illegal immigrants is covered by the case of property to the Treasury, besides erstwhile it is simply a German police car.
– announced.
And he explained, "so that there is simply a requisition of cars that are utilized to smuggle people into Poland and a $100,000 fine. This would be done by Polish services, Polish institutions in this case besides by the Border Guard".
Wipler then explained the right intention of submitting the above-mentioned project.
We would like to make it clear that there are extremist sanctions and that there is no bonus for smuggling people to Poland, whether it is gangs or German officers illegally in violation of the law by dumping unwanted immigrants in their homes.
– he said.
He besides admitted that "there is simply a large mobilization for the minute we see a large success due to the fact that Poles want to show a year before what will happen from 1 July next year, before the migration tsunami strikes us after the migration pact comes into force".

Scandal at the Gdańsk Museum. Czarnek: "Or a hidden German option, or Germans who pretend to be Poles, or stupid simply"
Published: 6 hours ago
‘So These Poles are either a hidden German option, or Germans who pretend to be Poles, or stupid simply, This 4th version would be most kind to these people, they participate in the historical politics of German, not Polish. due to the fact that if individual wanted to tell a communicative about Poles who were forced into the Wehrmacht, and they were, they would have done it differently. That would be what he would call: "Poles inducted into the Wehrmacht by force", not "Our Boys in Wehrmacht" - said Przemysław Czarnek on tv in Poland24.
The Museum of Gdańsk presented an exhibition entitled “Our Boys. The inhabitants of Gdansk Pomerania in the army of the 3rd Reich", which, as the name implies, tells about the inhabitants of Pomerania fighting in planet War II on the side of the Germans. This case caused a completely understandable outrage and immense opposition of Poles.
Hidden option or stupid?
The erstwhile Minister of Education and discipline Przemysław Czarnek referred to this outrageous substance in an interview with Magdalena Ogórek on air in Poland24.
He noted that the name of this exhibition clearly refers to the propaganda of the German tv series “Our Mothers, Our Fathers”.
And you can do the 3rd part of “our boys in Wehrmacht”
He noted.
The question is whether it is simply a hidden German option, or whether it is Poles who hatred due to their complexes and paternity due to this resulting Polishness, or whether it is stupid
He noted.
Softening continues
Magdalena Ogórek noted that specified “softening” has been going on for a long time and the phrase “Polish concentration camps” did not come from anything.
The fact that these were years of work, like any forces outside of Poland, which demanded Poles to compensate for lost assets, could be understood in the sense that it was not ours, abroad enemies are always. The fact that in the Polish nation there are people who call themselves Poles and fight against Poland and fight against Poland, that is especially dangerous, due to the fact that it shows how much the German-Russian agentship, in this case the German elite, has soaked through these 300 years of activity and what percent of the Polish society, however, in terms of representing interests not Polish, but German
“Indulged by Przemysław Czarnek.
And the planet War II museum is the best proof of that. A planet War II museum was created to aid Germany whitewash the reality of planet War II, due to the fact that it is not a museum about who started the war and who led to a cataclysm on an unprecedented scale. This is simply a museum that is meant to say that it is not just Germany, it would truly be different here. The communicative is not black and white, as the president of the Brussels Cultural Committee tried to explain to me, The German female I accepted to Szucha and told her where she is and what's black and white in our home and there's no request to whitewash it.
“The politician added.
So these Poles are either a hidden German option, or Germans who pretend to be Poles, or stupid simply, this 4th version would be most kind to these people, they participate in the historical politics of German, not Polish. due to the fact that if individual wanted to tell a communicative about Poles who were forced into the Wehrmacht, and they were, they would have done it differently. This would be called “Poles Forced to Wehrmacht” alternatively than “Our Boys in Wehrmacht”

Hundreds of people gathered present at noon under Gdańsk City Hall in an act of opposition to the exhibition "Our Boys" presented there, talking about soldiers of the 3rd Reich. "Do the only thing possible, honourable, due to the fact that I want to believe that you did not know the content of this exhibition - close this exhibition - appealed to the president of Gdańsk, Aleksandra Dulkiewicz, Maciej Plażyński, MP of PiS.
Written by Michał Dzierżak, Anna Zyzek
On Friday, July 11, the exhibition entitled “Our Boys. Residents of Gdansk Pomerania in the Army of the 3rd Reich” was opened at the Gdańsk Museum in Gdańsk City Hall. The exhibition presents the destiny of tens of thousands of inhabitants of Pomerania who served in the German Nazi army.
The exhibition met with criticism from many politicians and public figures, including president Andrzej Duda, Deputy Prime Minister, head of MON Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz and erstwhile head of MON Mariusz Błaszczak. In consequence to this criticism, the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage and the Museum of Gdańsk made statements, which convinced among others that "narration around the exhibition can be utilized instrumentally for immediate political purposes".
Today at noon, hundreds of manifestations, including representatives of "Gazeta Polska" Clubs, gathered in an act of protest against the exhibition at Gdańsk Town Hall.
Nitek-Plażyńska: German tourists laughter under their noses
- I'm sorry. Our boys fought, they didn't want to be part of the German army. respective and these fates were drawn out, these people are designing for all Poland today. They say that from specified people who took on German troops to execution Poles, that they are "our boys". Are these our boys? Nope. You've got cards, postcards with images of our boys to show us who our boys were. Murdered, executed, those who fought for Westerplatte, who fought for the Polish Post and children who did not fight
- said Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska, the head of the Foundation Connects Us Poland.
The assembled chanted "Hi and Glory to the Heroes".
Nitek-Plażyńska indicated that the exhibition was to service Germans.
- I'm sorry. How it happens that on Polish soil, for the money of a Polish payer who had to rebuild this country with his own bleeding. It makes me tense that German tourists are here now. They're gonna go to that show and laughter under their noses - what will they see? It is clear that the Pole with excitement entered the Wehrmacht troops. Are we gonna let that happen? Shame, she added.
- I'm sorry. How the Germans are expected to pay us right reparations now, due to the fact that in the nation, we have so many who do these things for our money. We want reparation, not provocation.
said Natalia Nitek-Plażyńska.
"The imagination is besides small"
PiS MP Casper Plażyński stated that the local government institution teaches historical lies today.
- I'm sorry. What happens in Gdańsk, not only now, but for many, many years - it truly is besides tiny imagination for that. present I came here for a very crucial reason - with my children. due to the fact that I want to teach children a actual story. Explain to me - so many years after the fall of the commune we call Gdansk a city of freedom and solidarity. due to the fact that indeed, here Solidarity was born. But there are besides these black, terrible traditions of Gdańsk, erstwhile most Germans brought here after planet War I. At the time, the NSDAP was handing out cards, during the alleged free city of Gdańsk, in the interwar period. But explain to me how it is that after that time, cruel to Poles, after the cruel time of the Polish People's Republic for Polish patriots, erstwhile past did not mean the truth, erstwhile the communicative served only state, russian propaganda, why today, standing by a local government institution representing state interests - Poles learn historical lies. Prof. Nowak: The exhibition "Our Boys" presents the point of view of the 3rd German Reich. This is against the Polish state's ration
Published: an hr ago
Prof. Andrzej Nowak / author: Fratria
"This is simply a purely German point of view on this issue, The point of view of the Reich, which should not be the point of view of the historian looking at planet War II" - said Prof. Andrzej Nowak in an interview with the portal inPoliticy.pl. Historian thus evaluates the exhibition “Our Boys” opened in Gdańsk, which concerns Poles incorporated into Wehrmacht. "I believe that the activities of the Gdańsk local authorities, for many years, have been in a reasonably coherent picture. The image radically contradicts what can be called the Polish state ration" - emphasized our speaker.
The Museum of Gdańsk opened a scandalous exhibition entitled “Our Boys”, which falsifies the image of the destiny of Poles surviving in Pomerania during planet War II. He tries to represent them as those who sided with Germany, being incorporated into the Wehrmacht, even if they were forced to. The exhibition, according to the authorities of Gdańsk, which are liable for the activities of the Museum, “does not assess, but explains” the substance of forced introduction of Poles to the Wehrmacht or SS. Only that specified a depiction of this tragic component of past is taken from the context of the genocide and extermination of the inhabitants of Pomerania, which they experienced from the Germans, from the first days of the war. We asked the well-known historian and investigator of Polish past Prof. Andrzej Nowak about the motives for building a historical communicative that favours the perpetrators.
The intent of this exhibition must be asked by those who commissioned it to prepare and open up. It undoubtedly serves German historical policy
– says prof. Andrzej Nowak.
There is large shame in the past of the Free City of Gdańsk
During today's protest held in front of the Town Hall in Gdańsk, with an open exhibition “Our boys” who stressed that millions of Poles were going to fight against the German invaders, against Wehrmacht. The provincial councillor Natalia Nitek-Plażyńska stressed that “our boys did not want to be part of the German army. So why do the Gdańsk authorities service Poles and thousands of abroad tourists who will visit this exhibition, a message from propaganda films of the 3rd German Reich?
This is the acceptance of the German political point. The German Reich's point of view, due to the fact that that is what it was called, which forcedly included those who did not necessarily, or at all, want to go to Wermacht, and who inhabited Pomerania. It besides recruited those who were very keen to enter. I realize that the exhibition besides shows that any of the German inhabitants of this region, simply treated it as an adventure, an chance to meet fresh countries. This is simply a purely German point of view on this issue, the point of view of the Reich, which should not be the point of view of the historian looking at planet War II and I am not even talking about the Polish point of view here anymore
“Professor Nowak, who has no uncertainty that Gdańsk's local government has consistently pursued a policy that cannot be agreed with. It is simply a policy contrary to the Polish state.
I think that the actions of Gdansk's local authorities, for many years, have been in a reasonably coherent picture. The image radically contradicts what can be called the Polish ration of the state and the historical fact about Poles surviving in Gdańsk, as the main mention strategy for the contemporary view of the past of this city. Poles who were exterminated, killed, among others, in Piasnica and elsewhere. These issues do not attract attention from the local authorities of Gdańsk. Rather, pride from the Free City of Gdańsk is emphasized, although these reasons for pride should not be here
“said the historian of the Polish Academy of Sciences.
The communicative presented in the exhibition, for which Gdańsk City Hall is responsible, is to be connected with the past of the Free City of Gdańsk. 1 cannot neglect to announcement that German resentiments among any of the local politicians from the tricity begin to take on very clear and dangerous shapes each year.
This should be a large shame connected with the past of the Free City of Gdańsk. And I want to emphasise that due to the fact that that was the point where Adolf Hitler and his organization gained the top support in the 3rd Reich. This is not a reason for pride, to emphasize pride in the past of the Free City of Gdańsk. This artificial creation, created on the basis of the peace treaty in Versailles, was to partially satisfy German appetites for maintaining control of Gdańsk. Indeed, it did not satisfy the will of the German people who simply wanted to return to the Reich, even with Adolf Hitler. If in Poland in 2025 we are to worship or even respect this point of view, it means that the owners of the city of Gdańsk and liable for this exhibition realize the historical fact and the Polish right of state very differently than I realize it.
“ prof. Andrzej Nowak concludes.

If it's not germanization, then what? Germany spends quite a few money writing a false story, and Tusk is very bold.
Published: Yesterday
Saturating separatisms, strengthening interior divisions, eliminating Polish identity, eliminating Polish teaching, promoting anti-Polish culture, giving way to German narratives, blocking economical improvement plans, extinguishing sovereign acts, disdaining the Polish spirit and disposing of Polish governance - each of these features is seen in the regular activities of Donald Tusk's government. The actions are getting bolder, and the last acts of manifestation of pro-Nemiteism make loud talk about the increasing Germanization of Poland. Especially since German dominance extends widely – from historical narrative, through ideologicalization of culture to economical and political decisions.
Damned History
The scandalous exhibition “Our Boys” in Wermacht, presented proudly by the authorities of the Gdańsk Museum, is not an isolated phenomenon. The high-pitched words about "re unpacking memory" and leaning over the "dramaic destiny of Pomerania and Pomerania" one more time introduce a gibberish narrative, blurring the limits of truth. The museum director, Prof. Waldemar Ossowski, claims that the exhibition "is not intended to measure but to translate and build a community based on empathy". Empathy to whom? To whom is this relativisation of fact and historical facts to serve?
For decades, Germany has spared no money to reverse narratives, build its own historical message, compose a cursed version of events, whitewash ourselves from genocide, and hold us jointly liable for the Holocaust. They spend €600 million a year promoting their image in the world. They're very good at it. Same as killing. The nation, which murdered over 6 million Poles, swept all Polish cities off the face of the earth, plundered Polish assets and destroyed Polish cultural heritage, with the old shoe teaching us how to live, how to organize our socio-economic life and what policies to conduct. She's got a very strong angle on the last one.
Weakening of Polish sovereignty
The Civic Platform, together with Donald Tuski to this day, repays the debt of gratitude to Berlin for all kinds of support that has been coming for years. all time the Tusk organization rules, all active manifestations of Polishness, serving the strength, greatness, stableness and sovereignty of Poland, are inhibited. Shipyards, mines, Oder sailing, CPK – whatever threatens the economical dominance of Germany becomes the subject of marginalization in Poland. The exact same thing happens to historical politics, and the fed lie grows up to be a increasing monster who doesn't even want to hear about war reparations.
The Beastly Crimes of Germans
The 3rd Reich was our mortal enemy. Germans brutally murdered Poles, burned our countrymen in crematory furnaces and brutally killed. The inhabitants of Pomerania – Poles, not any stateless Pomeranian – who were not allowed to enter the folklore and act for the enemy – died in torment. Sand forests know the communicative of this bloody German crime! In Kashubian Katyn, Germany executed on civilians in September 1939. But it is not their voice to be heard in the world. There is to be a communicative about the "bad word of a Pole against another nation" which started planet War II, as the vice president of Gdańsk taught and about our expected anti-Semitism. All this to wipe the German's guilt away, to shut down this inactive open chapter of war harm. And they didn't stop. They were accurately described and presented in the study on Polish war losses. Only that the bill sent to Berlin for the war of PLN 6 trillion 220 billion 609 million was "pursibly cancelled" by Tusk.
Cultural training and germanization
We are subject to continuous cultural training. How many technological and artistic careers grew on German grants. How many books and films were created for German money. How many NGOs can operate mainly through cooperation with Berlin. This is how countries are conquering today, instigating separatism, sparking the desire to return to solutions serving exclusively abroad interests. An increasingly little educated, historyless, unaware of nothing, a complex nation is to accept German patterns and dominance with gratitude.
We are dealing with progressive germanization in a modern edition. We know it well from history, although it is implemented present by another methods. However, it is comforting to see the general opposition raised by both the Gdańsk exhibition and subsequent attempts to impose German dominance on Poland in various areas of life. They are besides visible at the border and accelerating the migration pact. Contrary to what Berlin would expect, we will not rapidly become a service and commercial base for Germany and a recreational base for German tourists. The words “Rota” reverberate today, and past is relentlessly starting to spin the wheel. It didn't work once, it won't work today. All you request is awareness of the processes played, loud opposition, unity to the truth, pobone and memory.

The name of the exhibition about soldiers of the 3rd Reich from the area of the Gdańsk Pomerania caused large outrage. The president of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński referred to the case.
What do you request to know?On 14 July 2025 the exhibition "Our Boys" was opened at the Town Hall.

The president of PiS Jarosław Kaczyński referred to the full case.
President of Law and Justice Jarosław Kaczyński referred on Tuesday in social media to the exhibition "Our Boys" presented by the Gdańsk Museum.
President of PiS about exhibition in Gdańsk
The PiS chief asked on platform X, "is this a coordinated action".
Braun questioning Holocaust and crimes in Auschwitz, and now the people of the coalition on 13 December creating the scandalous exhibition "Our Boys", which is to subliminately blur the work for the tragedy of planet War II, and even delegate it to Poles. It's a blow to the Polish state's right and to question apparent historical facts!
said Kaczyński.
As PiS president added, "it is outrageous that this practice is legitimized by people who hold power in Poland". "That says a lot..." – he finished.
Scandal name of the exhibition in Gdańsk
The exhibition "Our Boys" about the inhabitants of Gdansk Pomerania in the army of the 3rd Reich, co-created from the Museum of planet War II, was presented in the Gdańsk Museum in the Town Hall. The organizers emphasize that the show is to show the hard destiny of forced incarnate soldiers from the region.
"The exhibition tells about the destiny of tens of thousands of inhabitants of Pomerania, who, most frequently under duress, were incorporated into the 3rd Reich army. It is simply a close story, the destiny of our neighbours, relatives, ancestors" – advertises the exhibition of the city of Gdańsk.
Natalia Nitek-Płażyńska, together with Gdansk councillors Barbara Imianowska and Andrzej Skiba, decided to see the exhibition "Our Boys" in Gdańsk City Hall.
The very name "Our Boys" prompted us to go to this controversial exhibition. This exhibition is referred to as something to whitewash, relativize Polish-German history. We checked, we saw, we read. It turns out that this controversy is absolutely deserved.
– stated deputy councillor of the Pomeranian Voivodeship Nitek-Płażyńska.
"The title of the exhibition shifts work to Poles"
Michał Rachoń, the programme manager of tv Republic, estimated on air that "in fact this is just a step distant from saying that since “our boys” in the 3rd Reich army, Poles are liable for planet War II".
MP Jan Kanthak stated that the title of the exhibition shifts work to Poles and blurs the guilt of Germany, and Euro MP Tobias Bocheński called it "a remarkable level of idiocy and betrayal of the Polish cause".
"I have 1 question for the creators of this exhibition: who precisely do you call “our boys”? Are you talking about those who murdered Polish neighbors, wearing the Wehrmacht uniform? Did those who entered Polish villages with a weapon in their hand burden their children into wagons and send them back to the Reich?" – asks on the platform X Jakub Roskosz.

Scandal in Wrocław: White Eagle removed, hangs image of Prussian king
Bagins
10-07-2025 18:00
Aula Leopoldina, a typical hall of the University of Wrocław, for years has been a place where Polish students received diplomas under the wall of Poland. Now, however, the White Eagle disappeared, and the image of Frederick II - the king of Prussia, who played a key function in the partitions of the Republic in the 18th century, hung in his place. The decision provoked outrage on social media.
He was the first to study on the X platform by Piotr Wojtulek. He pointed out that in the most beautiful hall of the University of Wrocław, which is besides a symbol of Wrocław, a image of the Prussian king hung, and the Polish White Eagle disappeared.
- Aula Leopoldina is not only the most beautiful UWr room, but a symbol of the past of Wrocław. For any time now, the White Eagle has no longer hung on its walls, but there is simply a image of King Frederick II of Prussia, who was not originally hanging there.
- he wrote.
Wrocław, or city of unusual decisions
Internet users have no uncertainty - this is simply a scandal, and the decision is another step of "denomination" of Wrocław, but in the other direction.
- I'm sorry. Are Polish students going to receive diplomas under the Prussian black eagle?
- asks on platform X Piotr Rybicki, erstwhile UWr student.
- I'm sorry. May I remind you that German inscription and the Hohenzollern coat of arms are returning on the Grunwald bridge. This city is completely lost to Poland
- comments Siegfried Chaban.
Why this political provocation?
The University of Wrocław explains that the change aims to reconstruct the historical character of the Aula. But many ask: why now? And why in a place that since 1945 was a symbol of Polish Wrocław?
Frederick II is simply a controversial figure, on the 1 hand a reformer, on the another hand a ruler who contributed to the collapse of Poland. No uncertainty he should never have hung in a place due to the White Eagle. The decision to remove Poland's emblem for the Prussian monarch is simply a profanation and anti-Polish activity.

German name will return to Grunwaldzki Bridge in Wrocław
09.07.2025 10:03
Wrocław bridge Grunwaldzki awaits reconstruction. During the renovation, the inscription "Kaiserbrücke" is to return. That's the second time this name has returned. The last time the bridge was called this again after Hitler came to power.
What do you request to know? Authorities WrocławThey announced that after the renovation of the Grunwald bridge the inscription with the name of the crossing from III Things would be restored.
It's about the name "Kaiserbrücke" ("the Imperial Bridge").
This name was removed in the 1940s. In the 1920s, the bridge was called something else. But with the advent of the 3rd Reich, his name was restored, which will now be restored.
Renovated "Kaiserbrücke"
Grunwald Bridge is 1 of Wrocław's most celebrated facilities. Its name was changed to its current name in 1947. Previously, the crossing was called "Kaiserbrücke" ("the Imperial Bridge"). Now, as the TuWroclaw.com website reported, the city authorities announced that the old bridge name would besides return to the bridge at the end of the renovation.
The plan is to recreate 2 decorative embankments with the imperial crown, the Hohenzollern coat of arms, as well as the decorative inscription "Kaiserbrücke", meaning "the Imperial bridge". They will appear precisely where they were in the first version

The bridge will besides turn grey. Just like it was before the war.
Kaiserbrücke returned with Hitler's taking over
However, this is not the first change of the bridge name. The structure was built in 1908–1910 and was then given the name "Kaiserbrücke". According to German Wikipedia, however, in 1924 it was changed to Freiheitsbrücke, i.e. the Freedom Bridge. However, the first name returned to power with Hitler in 1933.
The commentator Siegfried Chaban referred to the restoration of German names in Wrocław.
Consistent, for many years, Germanization of Wrocław's public space – restoration of German subtitles where possible. But the top of everything was the restoration of the name “Hala Centennial” – in honor of the failure besides by Poles of the conflict of Leipzig.
– he wrote on the X platform.
