Russia's largest grain port paralyzed by Putin's decree

Over a 100 abroad masseurs have been waiting for a period at the end of the Caucasus port in the Black Sea. They came for Russian grain. They can't enter the port until the divers and the Russian safety check them out. As a result, port terminals break from unloaded grain.
