Finland is the biggest force of Finnish civilian defence

Our society, in the course of a possible conflict, will alternatively be a burden on the army, even by blocking roads in panic, absorbing resources. Finnish society knows how to support the military during the war, and thanks to civilian protection training it will take care of itself.
