Russian soldiers and officers and borderers from 7 another States of the Commonwealth of Independent States (IDP) took part in the exercises "Community 2026" ("Solution-2026") in the Leningrad region, bordering Estonia and Finland. First, diversions were tracked to Russia, later training to defy armed incursion.
