Newest radar Patriot for Poland ordered

According to a message from the Department of defence signed with Raytheon Missiles and Defense, the contract has a full value of up to $2.089 billion, of which nearly 816 million were awarded at the time of its signature. The contract, concerning the production of the Lower Tier Air and rocket defence Sensor radar (LTAMDS) is to be performed until November 2028. However, most importantly from the Polish point of view, backing comes from 2 sources: FMS funds (from Poland) and US Army budget.
