Despite our adversities, we managed to win – reported the commander of the winning squad from the 1st Podlaskie Territorial Defence Brigade (1 PBOT).
Fire at a distance and fight for each point
In the shooting section, the players led fire to targets at a distance of up to 600 metres in various, frequently forced positions. Competition besides included: a obstacle course, firing a military gun, static election fire.
Variable weather conditions have proven crucial to experience, control and ability to rapidly correct shots. The biggest opponent was the wind, exceptionally variable that day – emphasized soldier 10 WBOT, winner in category Best shot.
