Broadcasters will pay more for the concession. Up to PLN 41 million for DVB-T2 emissions

The president of the National Broadcasting Council Maciej Świrski under the Act raised the maximum limits of concession fees. In 2026 the consent to broadcast in the nationwide digital terrestrial tv multiplex cannot be more costly than PLN 41.2 million. In practice, KRRiT expects much smaller amounts. Price increases are linked to their mandatory valuation.
