Gold algae appeared in Silesia. Voivode issued a ban

The Silesian Voivodeship issued a regulation prohibiting the usage of the Kłodnica River by the end of July. This is due to the increase in the abundance of gold algae in the Gliwice Canal. This in turn causes a mass Dream of fish.
