It's Russia's most mysterious company. It extracts all 10 barrels of Russian oil and keeps in banks the largest stocks of cash equal to Qatar's gold-currency reserves or South Africa's. To this day, we don't know who it belongs to. But it's been known to be a failure since the sanctions imposed by the United States.
