Public transport expert, social activist, has been active in public transport since 1993, and has been professionally since 1998. Author of analyses, studies, studies in public transport. He collaborated in the organization of transport with many voivodships. In 1998 he prepared the first integrated strategy of rail timetables in Poland for the Opole province, and later subsequent ones.
