It's already in mCitizen. End of paper formalities after road collision

The Ministry of Digitization introduces mStock. From 1 September this year, the most crucial formalities after the road event, i.e. writing a message and reporting harm to the insurer, can be arranged through the application, without paper and with the same legal power as for paper documents.
