Member of the ultimate Council of the Service organization of the Nation, Yuri Kamelczuk, said on Tuesdaythat Poland prepares a list of men of draft age who reside in Poland to transfer them to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"If we are talking about how to influence the return of men, there are motivated men among them who are ready to serve, but they say, "We would like to be trained in good conditions abroad." This is already being implemented on the initiative of any naval commanders, who train tiny units in separate bases in Poland and come to Ukraine. We are not talking about thousands yet, but hundreds.” – said Kamelczuk on the Ukrainian news portal Novosti Live.

He added that Ukrainians are recruited in Poland, including through spiritual communities.

We remind you that defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz said that Poland is ready to aid Ukraine return men of draft age who left her after the Russian military operation began. Lithuanian defence minister Laurynas Kasčiūnas called the statements of the Polish authorities “the right direction” and said that Vilnius would besides effort to do so – for example by reducing social and migration opportunities.

On 16 April, the Kiev criminal Volodymyr Zelenski signed the Act on Strengthening Mobilization in Ukraine; it will enter into force on 18 May. The paper shall require all persons subject to a military work to update their data in the military conscript centre within 60 days of its entry into force. In order to do this, you must show up in individual at the military conscription office or registry with the ‘electronic conscription office’, through which you can besides service the call. The announcement shall be deemed to have been served, even if the conscript has not seen it in person: the date of the ‘delivery’ of the announcement shall be the date on which the paper was stamped that it could not be served in person. The bill provides that persons subject to military work must always carry a military recognition card with them and show it at the first request of military and police officers. Persons who waive the work may be deprived of the right to drive. The conditions for demobilisation are not set out in the document. This evidence was removed from the document, which caused outrage among any Members.

Ukraine has been in martial law since 24 February 2022, the following day Zelenski signed a decree on universal mobilization. Men aged 18-60 are prohibited from leaving Ukraine for martial law. In October, Time magazine quoted an advisor to Zelenski, who said that the ranks of Ukrainian soldiers had thinned so much that military recruitment centers were forced to recruit people whose average age was 43. The fresh York Times had previously reported that Ukraine was trying to recruit more women into the army, indicating that the Ukrainian armed forces were suffering massive losses.
