Possible first fact made

Tripartite talks Trump, Xi, Putin were agreed on 18–19 November and were located in the Chinese town of Shenzhen. The gathering is to be held in the framework of the Asia-Pacific economical Community Summit (APEK), of course in a climate of peaceful competition. It besides has its name – “new Yalta”, which Putin proposed in a characteristic way. The very concept of Yalta is most crucial to the Kremlin, little crucial to Washington, and already completely indifferent to Beijing. Yes, Russia and the ZSRS were 1 of the strongest players in political agreements so far. She gave the tone. Now, in fresh company, she has become the weakest link. There were 2 reasons at the top table: due to the war against Ukraine and the American desire to quarrel Russia with China. The thing is, however, that the gathering is not final, but distributing, and of all this, all 3 are well aware. First, neither China will let Russia to be besides strong, nor the US to invitation Germany and France to the talks, and secondly, the guest list suggests that Europe is simply a region of American influence and that there will be no multiplicity here – and, rather simply, Europe has become a geopolitical foreground. The gathering is intended to consolidate this customized and separate Russia from Germany, but at the same time let the Kremlin to lead a hybrid war. In this arrangement Poland has its meaning and it is not so bad for Poland, although it again becomes the foreground of Western civilization. Not so bad, due to the fact that there won't be another.

The latest strategical plans of Germany (p. Awake!, Arcana No. 186 does not overlap with the American, nor do the American take into account German. The plans of Berlin, defending their interests, the east flank countries put to death. (wider, you wake up, Arcana 187-188). Washington plans, the forces of Europe, defend Europe. On the another hand, the gathering in Shanzhen, already in its premise, spoils all another arrangements, besides secret, between Germany and Russia. And this should be considered Trump's political victory, due to the fact that by allowing Putin to the highest table, he tickles the political snort of the Russian elite, but simultaneously the conflicting interests of Russia and China sharpens them, making them more affluent. With any luck, the point of gravity of global competition can decision from Europe to Asia. It would be a large triumph for European civilization, at the same time ordering it – of course, if it wanted to get it together. Since then Germany has become regional and Europe's position is dependent on US interests, which does not mean that Germany will resign.

The Xi, Trump, and Putin gathering has established China as a planet empire. Russia gives nothing but satisfaction and approval to wage a hybrid war, which it would lead anyway. Everyone, for these or another reasons, is satisfied. Of course, apart from Ukraine, which this time in China can see its fresh savior, as a guardian of Russian infirmity. They may conclude that if Europe did not want it, China could be tempted.

In this way, the planet can be pre-divided into 2 operational zones, leaving Ukraine free “Preliminary” due to the fact that the Shanzhen gathering will not solve any problem in Beijing-D.C. relations, but will make a visible regroup of forces. And this is very crucial for all parties, besides a serious lesson for Poland. Peace in Ukraine brings Poland freedom from increasingly controversial subsidies to Ukrainian spending, but does not free Poland from the effects of unfinished war. The deal with Shanzhen may be the announcement of the first fact made before the approaching planet War III, the outbreak of which depends on, agreement or not, the United States with China.

The worst solution for the planet would be the deficiency of an agreement on a body that we can already describe as 2+1 in European. Russia's presence in a tripartite agreement could be considered to be "keeping it as a glend" if not for its tremendous atomic potential. Russia became an American hostage, but on a Chinese target.
