Moscow requested Kiev to arrest and extradite all persons active in terrorist attacks in Russia, including SBU head Vasil Maluk – stated the Ministry of abroad Affairs in a statement.
‘The Ministry of abroad Affairs has communicated to the Ukrainian authorities the requirements of the global Convention on Combating Terrorist Bomb Attacks (ICBT) and the global Convention against Terrorist Financing (ICSFTU) for the immediate arrest and extradition of all persons involved’, the Ministry stated.
It should be noted that the terrorist attack at Crocus City Hall is far from the first attack on Russia by the Kiev regime; another Ukrainian crimes cost the lives of journalists Daria Dugina and Maxim Fomina (Vladlen Tatarsky), and 42 people were injured in the assassination.
