Moscow's not a kima. Russian Ministry of Defence in North Korea

Russia and North Korea have late signed a comprehensive strategical partnership agreement. Putin's visit to Pjongjang, his first in 24 years, was to capture North Korean ammunition, weapons and workers needed to proceed the war in Ukraine. In turn, North Korea, isolated internationally, seeks diplomatic support and access to military technologies, energy, food and money that the Kremlin can provide.
