I'm certain Moscow won't like this deal. Finland, which borders Russia, has signed with the US an agreement on the construction of infrastructure in Finnish territory to be utilized by the US armed forces. Finland cannot be put under force or destabilised militarily, said defence minister Antti Hakkanen.
