On Thursday, erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki (PiS) declared that he would voluntarily waive his immunity, explaining that the decision to organize the "envelope election" was in accordance with the constitution. In the afternoon, the Sejm received a motion for a resolution on the resolution of the immunity of Morawiecki, connected with the alleged enveloped elections.
