Morawiecki responds to the prosecutor's request. "Falstart Mr Bodnar"

The Sejm received a request from the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw to take work Mateusz Morawiecki for organisation Envelope elections – informed on Thursday National Prosecutor’s Office.

Shortly after the request was made on the desk of the talker of the Sejm, Mateusz Morawiecki posted an entry on the X site.

Request to waive Morawiecki's immunity. "This is not political revenge"

Earlier, the head of MS Adam Bodnar informed about the request to waive Morawiecki immunity. "The prosecution works honestly, conscientiously and accurately. To be continued," he stressed on platform X in a post.

"Application to waive the immunity of Mateusz Morawiecki for the envelope election. This is not political revenge., only a logical consequence in respect of the law and a fresh quality for the Law and Justice, i.e. not spreading a protective umbrella over politicians. He will respond for his actions as any another citizen would have,” he wrote.
