The creation of a fresh parliamentary club improvement Plus, with 41 MPs gathered around erstwhile Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, results in the division of the existing financial resources belonging to the club Law and Justice.
According to calculations based on the rates of the Chancellery of the Sejm, the recently formed formation will receive a full of about PLN 143,7 1000 per month, which gives over PLN 1.7 million annually. Redistribution of the Sejm budget was explained in an interview with “Fact” by deputy head of the Sejm Chancellery Jerzy Wozniak:
"This is not an additional resource, it is simply a decision from those at the disposal of the Law and Justice. So the PiS will have less, and the fresh club will get these funds.”
The structure of the monthly funds allocated included PLN 78.9 1000 for the club's current activity (1925 PLN per MP) and PLN 6.7 1000 for expertise and advice (163 PLN per MP).
Expert staff costs, transport and divisional genesis
The resources allocated to the improvement Plus club besides include the financing of 2 staff posts worth PLN 20.4,000 per month, dedicated to a legislative process specialist and an analyst preparing an impact assessment. In addition, the Chancellery of the Sejm secures PLN 17,2 1000 per period for the costs of operating 2 business cars together with drivers.
The formal separation of the fresh parliamentary entity is simply a consequence of the July divided in Law and Justice. At that time, organization president Jarosław Kaczyński announced the departure of a group of parliamentarians due to the refusal to sign a declaration of loyalty, which started the independent activities of the association of the erstwhile head of government with the announcement of the transformation of the formation into a political party.
