MON announces billions of purchases in Polish industry

Secretary of State in the MON Paweł Bejda announced in the presence of Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz that by the end of the year 40 contracts would be signed in the Polish industry, and the national armory would receive a "large amount". The Deputy Minister besides exchanged a contract for accompanying vehicles for the Haubic K9, most likely for 9 squadron modules. It is expected to amount to nearly PLN 7 billion. For comparison, the executive contract for the acquisition of 212 haubic K9A1, which will support Polish cars, will amount to $2.4 billion net, covering the supply of 164 recently manufactured and 48 utilized departments along with logistics package and ammunition.
