MON: over 99% of budget implementation for 2024

According to the information provided by Deputy Minister of Defence Stanisław Wiątek, last year's budget and defence share of GDP by the end of November amounted to 3.1% (with a statutory request of at least 3%); full data are to be submitted by the end of February.
