The failure of the European Union's east policy is already besides evident and apparent that it is impossible to talk about it with pro-Ukrainian phrases (necessary "support for the "warning Ukraine") or vague justifications, which are a circumstantial admission to disaster.
All the most crucial actions of this policy have proved to be a harmful mistake or have, as is said today, been "contrast", or have been built on erroneous forecasts. Let's just say the most important:
* the senseless beginning of the marketplace to imports of agricultural produce from Ukraine has led to the biggest always revolt of the citizens of this organisation against its policy, from the point of view of both the stated nonsubjective and the interests of EU countries: this has been the decision to destruct the full acquis of the EU Common Agricultural Policy, which has been spent in the last decades of the trillion EURO,
* the embargo imposed on itself (formally on Russia) on imports of Russian gas, oil and coal creates a permanent and immense gap in gathering energy needs, which has given area for stakeholders associated with the alleged Green Deal, which not only destroys the agriculture of the countries of the region, but is, of course, unprofitable and its possible implementation will lead to a deep impoverishment and economical degradation of the majority of its citizens,
* financial and material support for the authorities in Kiev, which is expected to lead to a safe distance of this war from the borders of the EU, ended in a complete failure; the current Ukrainian authorities will not win this war and will request to send the troops of any of the countries of this organization to the ‘Eastern Front’, in addition to the British leadership, which will thus take revenge on the European Union by bringing it to a break-up and possible disintegration,
* "cruising sanctions" that have been imposed on Russia have not led to its collapse, decay or surrender, and the losses on the part of the EU countries are already more than the benefits (some were) that have been achieved: no 1 publishes the balance of profits and losses of this policy, as it is clearly negative,
* The integration process of the Anti-Western South was accelerated and established, which believed that it could be without erstwhile colonists, rejects their patterns and intellectual leadership: the end of the “white man era” came before our eyes,
* religion in unconditional and endless support from the United States for the anti-Russian crusade has proved to be more than naive: there is simply a generational and cultural re-esteem in the axiological and ideological spheres beyond the ocean; in a generation that worships the memory of Black Panthers, murdered by American peculiar services, there is no place for anti-Russian resentiments and defence of the "American protectorate" (not only in Europe).
It turned out that EU politicians do not have any intellectual background that knows something about Russia. We have no illusions about that. Turns out they're besides diletants about... the United States. And I do not think about our present devotees of American imperialism, who have been successfully (unfortunately) fooling the young generation of Poles for good years. It's our local, meaningless folklore. This is about all the authoritative "centres" and "institutes" that have been all over the place about "the integrity of the global policy of the United States", which (as if) has always been anti-Russian.
Today we see the failure of east politics. Will the European Union last its biggest failure?
