A strong message by SN judges. What about the electoral protests?

Due to the ongoing discussion in Poland about electoral protests, a group of ultimate Court judges issued a firm statement. They stressed that: "In accordance with the current legal system, the ultimate Court as the authority in charge of the justice strategy in Poland must meet the conditions of an independent, impartial and independent court besides required by the conventions and treaties which are sources of law in Poland. The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court is not a court".
