According to Kommiersant, 12 Russian regions have so far introduced regulations allowing to punish citizens and journalists for recording and sharing the effects of Ukrainian drone strikes on facilities in Russia. In addition, 1 can be abducted for recording military objects, movements of military columns or the work of anti-aircraft defence systems.
