The platform first promises to do these things in 100 days, and then it turns out that in 4 years it is impossible. Mrs. Leschina, on the another hand, does not deal with the wellness strategy at all. Mrs. Leschyna, in her public function, at least, in what she says in the media, with which she goes to Poles, deals exclusively with anti-alcoholic crusade, i.e. just raising excise duties, i.e. closing sales at petrol stations.
And a systemic wellness improvement is the introduction of competition, the elimination of the NFZ monopoly. This is the Confederacy program repeated over and over again in each subsequent election. Introduction of the German model. Break up NFZ, introduce respective competing insurance companies, give Poles a choice, let Poles choose.
We are talking about a strategy that will be implemented under the same financial conditions as the NFZ is presently in. If the NFZ is able to operate for that money from these wellness contributions that are presently in place, then respective insurance companies are besides able to operate. If there are several, they will compete with each other, they will be more effective!
I will remind you another promise of the Civic Platform, much simpler to implement: the introduction of a SMS, net booking strategy and cancellation of visits. After all, it is simply a scandal that we, as a first-world country, cannot cancel in the public wellness strategy via SMS or net visits, and this causes real costs! Thousands just don't come to visit.
