Ukraine is ready to negociate but not to surrender," declared Ukrainian Minister of Economy Julia Swyridenko on Wednesday. The politician referred to media reports of a US proposal for an agreement that would supply that Ukraine would renounce almost the full territory presently occupied by Russia.
