Minister Kotula wants to buy the blood of unborn children? The Minister proposed a bloody 'deal'

– I propose specified a deal for the presidential election: decriminalisation of abortion for returning to the legal state prior to the judgement of the Constitutional Tribunal – says Katarzyna Kotula, Minister of Equality, in an interview with the “Journal of Law Newspapers”.

– I am pleased that this task (imprisonment for the murderers of unborn children – ed.) was recommissioned in the Sejm with signatures not only of the Left, but besides of the KO, Poland 2050 and 1 MP of the PSL. I besides hear the voices of the PSL colleagues who talk openly – and I thank them very much for changing their minds about this – that they voted "against" and now they want to vote "for". all specified change brings us closer to the passing of this law She said.

The discussion besides addressed the question of legalization of alleged partnerships in Poland and the introduction of the concept of "talk of hatred" into the penal code. Kotula stated that PSL politicians were in the first issue of ‘brake’. – The main allegations that are made by PSL politicians concern adoption, which is not here, and which should be included in the bill. It is not a good solution to regulate the rights and responsibilities of 2 adults erstwhile leaving children who are already raised in specified families on the side. There are so another ways to regulate adoption, for example through the improvement of the household and care code. In her opinion, "educational work is needed, due to the fact that the media debate on partnerships has shown that most politicians do not realize what we are dealing with." – As far as PSL is concerned, I'd like us to talk in substance, little emotionally. I've already made quite a few concessions with our coalitions. I am now waiting for the movement of my PSL colleagues to show their willingness to compromise said ‘the minister’.

In the case of “a speech of hatred” Kotula reported that she had asked Minister Bodnar respective times to velocity up work on this bill. – The task underwent a government procedure, was directed to a gathering of the Council of Ministers, but was withdrawn to be re-examined by the Criminal Law Codification Commission in MS. That was Minister Bodnar's decision. However, I know that after my appeal, the fresh returns and we will shortly be dealing with it at a government meeting – she said.

– Minister Bodnar besides made a very good decision to set up a peculiar interdisciplinary squad to work on preparing training and guidance for services and prosecutors on the application of existing anti-discrimination rules.
