Millions of dollars for Ukraine. The US government invests in the app

The United States puts millions of dollars into the improvement of the Ukrainian application Diia. The funds are to be invested in e.g. improving its cybersecurity. The Americans want another countries to benefit from our east neighbor's solution. Kyiv is open to it.
