Millions of dollars for Ukraine. U.S. government invests in the app

The United States spends millions of dollars on the improvement of Ukrainian Diia app. The measures are to be invested in e.g. enhancing its cybersecurity. The Americans want to see another countries utilizing our east neighbour's solution. Kiev is open to that.
