A military signal for the United States? Iran, Russia and China are investigating forces at sea

According to the Associated Press agency, Iran, Russia, and China completed joint maneuvers in the Gulf of Oman waters on Wednesday. This was the 5th edition of the yearly sea exercises organised by these countries.
