Military Gendarmerie detention chamber (+)

On September 26, Order No 17/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 23 September 2022 on the creation of detention chambers was published. Its intent is to update the names, location and subjection of detention chambers to the appropriate organisational units of the Military Gendarmerie. At the same time, due to many amendments and in order to keep legibility of the regulation, the existing Order No. 41/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 26 November 2009 on the establishment and liquidation of detention chambers has lost its power.
