Military from the lining: "Undefensive" soldier – but before superiors

The events at the border with Belarus and the complaints related to them, which the Ombudsman must deal with in relation to the military, show that there is no effective legal protection in Polish armed forces over "signalists", or soldiers revealing irregularities in service.
