Millions of Russians drive Putin's war machine

RUSI conducted an activity survey of the Russian arms manufacture from 2022 to 2024 based on publically available data. According to researchers, the decision to mobilize the war manufacture was made on July 6, 2022. At the time, the Russian Parliament adopted a number of laws to increase force on the improvement of the defence sector.
