The head of state was asked an astounding message by Tusk of Berlin about compensation for German victims of planet War II who are inactive alive. The Prime Minister said that if Germany did not do so, Poland, or de facto Polish taxpayers, would do so.

[...] I think that with our partners, and this is how we treat Germans, we can besides talk about hard issues, which we are expected to solve. I do not know specified a solution to the historical or political problem, nor to the decency or historical fact in which the victims themselves pay for the evil suffered from the occupier and the invader.
