The European Union is officially beginning a fresh chapter in the past of the regulation of the digital asset market. Only 2 years after the full entry into force of the MiCA Regulation, the European Commission announced the launch of a broad public consultation. Brussels wants to check whether the regulations created with large momentum keep pace with the dynamic cryptocurrency marketplace and expanding global competition from another global jurisdictions.
