Medvedev criticizes Japan for expanding arms spending

Dmitry Medvedev decided to criticise Japan's decision to increase arms spending by saying that "Japan's militarisation complicates the situation in the Asia-Pacific region and regrets that "Japanese authorities are following a course towards a fresh militarisation of the country," TASS informs.
