In the coming days, another gathering of representatives of Russia and the United States will be held, announced by Russian MFA spokesperson Maria Zacharowa. This time it will be held on Turkish dirt – in Istanbul.
The talks were scheduled for April 10th. The Russian delegation is to be headed by a fresh Russian ambassador to Washington, D.C. Alexander Darchiev, who has not yet taken over his facility. On the another handThe negotiations will be chaired by the deputy advisors to the U.S. Secretary of State for Europe and Eurasia, Sonata Coulter.
The erstwhile circular of negotiations took place on 27 February this year besides in Istanbul. The gathering then lasted about 6 hours and was closed to the media. It was only made public that the negotiations afraid "steps towards normalising the functioning of the diplomatic missions of both countries".
