Media: US defence Secretary Orders Navy to Change Ship's Name. 'A Cowardly Act'

US defence Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered the USNS Harvey Milk to be renamed, media reports say. It is named after a war veteran and a well-known LGBT rights activist.
