Media: Russian troops leave Syria

According to usually well-informed telegram channels linked to Russian armed forces including Fighterbomber, Veteran's Records, or 2 Major, Russian military command has decided to full retreat the Russian contingent from Syria.
This is to apply both to the air base in Chmeym and the naval base in Tartus. The Mediterranean task force ships had already left the base a fewer days ago and did not return to it after exercising off the coast of Syria. Currently, the ships are to stand on the port bridge awaiting further orders.
