The court had no choice but to repeal the decision of the KRRiT on tv Republika's concessions; from the beginning, doubts raised the deficiency of transparency of the concession procedure, including the reliable origin of backing of the station and the bias of the head of the KRRiT - said PAP mediologist Dr. Krzysztof Grzegorzewski.
