Mateusz Radajewski: Let us not persuade the talker of the Sejm to break the Constitution

The Constitution and the electoral code prejudge that the resolution on the declaration of the validity of elections is of a declaratory nature and only confirms the pre-existing state of affairs. The talker of the Sejm is so obliged to convene a gathering of the National Assembly on 6 August 2025.
