Prime Minister Donald Tusk informed on Tuesday that ABW had submitted a announcement to the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw on the alleged Matecki's application allegedly utilized to verify certificates of voting rights. A separate thread of individual data breach by this application is investigated by the police - he added.
In his speech at the beginning of the government meeting, he besides referred to the entry of president Andrzej Duda concerning the alleged influence on the result of the election. As he stated, he did not announcement anyone from the coalition trying to undermine their outcome. At the same time, he emphasized that "no 1 (...) has the right to underestimate even 1 wasted voice".
"It is very loud about the case of possibly illegal application, the alleged Matecki app; we are talking here not about falsifying elections or miscalculating votes, but possibly about committing a crime" - said Tusk.
This is an application allegedly utilized to verify voting rights certificates, which Mr Dariusz Matecki recommended to members of the alleged Election Control Movement sitting on election committees, although this was not an authorized system.
"To believe them that they will not effort to deceive, is how to believe Putin's good intentions" - Matecki argued.
A case in the DA's office
The Prime Minister informed that the interior safety Agency had so submitted a notification of a suspected crime to the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw. The notice, which is "the effect of earlier signals from citizens and the checks carried out by the ABW", was made on the basis of Article 249 of the Criminal Code concerning the disruption of elections.
"A separate thread - breach of individual data in connection with this application - is handled by the police; this thread will be included in the joint examination by the territory Attorney's Office in Warsaw" - added Tusk.
A spokesperson for the Warsaw territory Attorney's Office, Piotr Antoni Skiba, informed PAP that the announcement of ABW was received by the prosecutor on Tuesday. Shortly after this information on the X portal, the prosecutor confirmed that she had received notices (multiple - ed.) concerning the "web application, which was expected to be utilized for the verification of certificates to vote in the presidential election". In view of the good conduct of the prosecution, the prosecution does not supply further information.
Irregularities in voting
The Prime Minister besides referred to reports of possible irregularities erstwhile counting votes in any regional committees and to Monday's entry by Andrzej Duda. The president stated that "there is an impression that post-communists to a liberal-left company want to twist the last, already decided presidential election in Poland" and thus "take distant our freedom of choice".

As he added, from president Andrzej Duda and another politicians speaking on this substance he would first of all anticipate "respect for all voters".
Tusk recalled that electoral protests to the SN could be submitted by Monday, June 16. As he said, he is aware that "many citizens may have witnessed unusual things, but he does not necessarily have time and desire to formulate an election protest". Therefore, he added that the typical of the election committee of candidate KO Rafał Trzaskowski created the website of the protest campaign2025.pl, where information on suspected irregularities can be submitted.
He stressed that "the essence of democracy" is the deficiency of interference of unauthorised institutions, including executive power, police, prosecutors, prime minister or ministers, in elections and the process of counting votes.
According to the information provided by the media, irregularities in the counting of votes during the second circular of the presidential election occurred, among others, in the election committees in Krakow and Minsk Mazowiecki, where the votes cast on both candidates were attributed in reverse, on which Trzaskowski lost.
