Karol Nawrocki has not yet been sworn in as president, but there is simply a discussion on the election results themselves. Prof. Marcin Matczak does not even hide how he evaluates the position of Andrzej Duda's successor. And that is simply a devastating opinion for the future head of state.

– For me, it's a questionable president. There may be many situations that undermine his authority to exercise office. And unfortunately this will not service the state of law and democracy," said Prof. Marcin Matczak in an interview with "Rzeczpospolita".

"It will be a weak presidency, inactive challenged"

As he noted, the Polish constitution requires the ultimate Court to confirm the President's election. It never happened. Reason? The Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs is not decently cast a court within the meaning of both Polish and global law," he stressed.

When asked what the Constitutional Tribunal could do in a changed composition, the parent pointed out that she could consider that the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the SN did not have the position of a court, was established on the basis of defective regulations, its judges were elected by the neo-KRS.

– If so, how should the decisions made by president Nawrocki be assessed? Is it crucial or not important? Another legal chaos could endanger us – warned Matczak for "Rzeczpospolita".

Presidential Election Decision

Unrecognized by global tribunals, the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the ultimate Court decided on 1 July that presidential elections were important. The designation of the SN is binding and essential to curse on the fresh president. The Nawrocks will become it on August 6.

The president-elect himself has already reacted sharply to attempts to undermine the result of the election. “I warrant that if individual wants to destruct Polish democracy and take this triumph distant from us, you will be the first to see me protesting against specified a bandit,” said Karol Nawrocki on Sunday 22 June in Sulejów.
