Events in the Black Sea undoubtedly accelerated the process of changes that should have been carried out in the Russian Navy for a long time. Fortunately, these are not changes caused by deep thinking, which are intended to increase the capabilities of Russian naval forces. The Russians, of course, would like to preserve all their earlier ship capacity, but they do not have the financial resources to do so. Moreover, this always smaller budget distracts the construction of besides many different types of vessels, and this for all 4 fleets simultaneously.
