On 1 July, the ultimate Court adopted a resolution declaring the validity of the election of Karol Nawrocki as president of the Republic of Poland. Following the resolution of the SN, Karol Nawrocki is inactive required to take office as president by swearing an oath to the National Assembly, i.e. a constitutional body, which consists of fellow MPs and senators. The Marshal of the Sejm has just made a decision on this matter.
