The citizens' initiative was initiated by the Ordo Iuris Institute and the Centre of Life and Family. It was supported by respective twelve social organizations, including the Coalition for Life and Family, the Foundation of Mom and Dad, the All-Polish Youth, the Association of the March of independency or the Catholic Action. For 3 months there was a collection of 100,000 signatures required to submit a task to the Sejm. Finally, the task supported over 212 000 people.

The task aims to introduce effective mechanisms verifying the age of users of pornographic services so that they are not available to children. The owners of specified portals are to be obliged to do so. The effectiveness of the verification strategy is to be assessed by the competent authority. Platforms which have not implemented appropriate solutions will be included in the central register. For failure to comply with the work will be threatened by the blocking of certain websites by net providers and the blocking of payment services by their providers.
